We are looking for a team member to support our end customer in the manufacturing industry. This vacancy is for a IT Engineer specializing in Tech Refresh.

**The job role is as follows**:

- Perform image loading and configuration of laptop & desktop
- Deploy laptop & desktop to end user's desk and perform UAT
- Install & configuration additional peripherals
- Guide user on data backup and migration
- Perform first level troubleshooting of issues report after deployment
- Escalate issues encountered based on defined process and protocols
- Collect old laptop & desktop and perform datawipe
- Assist in return of old laptop & desktop to collection agent
- Receive incoming goods from vendor, update and track inventory
- Maintain deployment records and paperwork of goods received
- Any other IT support related tasks or IT administrative tasks assigned from time to time

**The job requirement is as follows**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in a similiar role
- Basic working technical knowledge of windows operating systems (Windows 10 Pro) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software
- Good customer handling skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge on using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Takes ownership and resolve issues encountered
- Follows established guidelines, process and policies
- Physically active - need to walk between office buildings within same compound from the IT office to user's desk with equipment on trolley

**The work hours & location is as follows**:

- Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
- Working location: Woodlands Industrial Park D St 2 (Company Shuttle Bus available)
