1. Role Description:
This position will gain experience utilizing the POS system to record payment and store cash accordingly. He or she shall ensure chef execute all orders timely and accordingly to ensure smooth operations.

2. Specific Responsibilities:
1.Trainee shall gain experience utilizing the POS system to record payment and store cash accordingly.

2.Trainee shall ensure chef execute all orders timely and accordingly to ensure smooth operations.

3.Trainee will be able to take order from customers accordingly and to be able to serve customers as and when needed.

4.Maintaining the stall cleanliness, hygiene and neatness at all times.

5.Food safety and monitoring of inventory and stock.

6.Conduct Kitchen awareness, reporting of damaged equipment.

3. Competencies:
1.Usage of POS systems to keep track of all Transactions and petty cash.

2.Mending and Managing the stall at all times.

3.Conduct Order taking in a efficient manner.

4.Maintaining the stall cleanliness, hygiene and neatness at all times.

5.Food safety and monitoring of inventory and stock.

6.Conduct Kitchen awareness, reporting of damaged equipment.

4. Duration of Traineeships: 6 months

5. Approved Training Allowance: Mature Mid-Career Individuals - $1,800
