We are Yuan Gun Gun, a new and exciting yong tau foo concept stall offering multiple soup bases like bak kut teh, tomato, mala stir fry and claypot rice. Our stall also includes a fruit juice and dessert counter and we are looking for a friendly and reliable Juice & Dessert Stall Assistant to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve fresh fruit juices and beverages (e.g. lime juice, watermelon juice, sugarcane, etc.)
- Prepare and serve simple desserts (e.g. cut fruits, ice-cream, grass jelly, etc.)
- Cut and pack fruits for sales
- Handle orders and cashier duties for the juice/dessert section
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and equipment
- Ensure fruit and ingredient stock is topped up and stored properly
- Assist in basic food prep or customer service at YTF stall when neededAssist in any other ad-hoc duties when necessary
