**Your key responsibilities**:

- Leveraging extensive sourcing channels, including market mapping, direct referrals and an internal network to proactively build and maintain a pipeline of senior diverse talent for current and future positions
- Establishing, cultivating and maintaining ongoing relationships with senior stakeholders to assist with their D&I recruitment strategy execution
- Working closely with divisional executive recruiters, global HR business partners and business stakeholders to match diverse talent to existing open positions, facilitating introductions and networking opportunities
- Demonstrates expert understanding of business recruitment needs, using data driven insights of hiring trends, attrition, workforce plans and skills gaps

**Your skills and experience**:

- Significant experience in a professional resourcing environment
- Held a senior position in a recruitment process outsourcing company or a recruitment consultancy / search firm
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders in an often complex and fast paced environment
- A strong attention to detail with a passion for clean and meaningful data
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills with experience collaborating across teams in a matrix environment
