**HR Manager**:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all HR aspects of the company
- Manage the entire HR Information Systems
- Manage the entire recruitment and selection process and hire the right people for different teams in different countries within tight timelines
- Manage employee learning and development program and help employees upgrade
- Manage employee satisfaction level and improve company culture with team bonding activities
- Set up and manage the performance management system
- Manage payroll, compensation and benefits
- Manage on boarding and off boarding process
- Introduce and implement new ideas to improve employee engagement
- Develop talent management process, succession planning and cater to the needs of employees and the business
- Assist with company payroll budgeting and other ad hoc accounting related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience
- Proficient with Singapore Employment law
- Strong leadership, planning and interpersonal skills - Experience in the implementation of HRIS
- A proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably in a multinational environment
- A proven track record of leading the delivery of HR services to a high standard

**HR Executive**:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the recruiting process and help different teams source, interview and hire the right people
- Execute monthly payroll and other HR transactional services
- Support new employees on the boarding process
- Administer the exit process
- Provide advisory service and educate employees on human resource matters in a timely manner
- Support in company wide performance review
- Provide support for office administration
- Perform other related ad hoc tasks and projects where necessary

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ HR generalist experience, ideally from retail, sports & lifestyle, or FMCG
- A people person who can work well within a team

**Executive Associate**:
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the management with a wide variety of company initiatives in marketing, finance and HR
- Support new hires' onboarding process by working with HR closely
- Work with external partners and contractors for various store operations tasks
- Provide office management support
- Assist with market research in a timely manner
- Initiate and follow-up correspondence on all routine matters

**Requirements**:

- A highly driven individual who is looking for exposure in many aspects of the business
- Being able to roll up the sleeves and readily take on new tasks
- Excited about learning new things
- A people’s person and can work well with everyone
- Efficient and proactive
