Parts Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Maximize Parts & Accessories sales volume by providing attentive and friendly service to direct customers and user Departments.
- Proactive in sales, with strong product knowledge, recommending the best sales package and products to customers.
- Assist the Executives and Operations Manager in sales promotion and sales events.
- Coordinate with the Inventory Administrators, handle cash, and carry out proper invoicing.
- Conduct store-keeping function including receiving, stock-keeping, and issuing.
- Engage in local sourcing when required.
- Assist the Parts Supervisor in Inventory cycle-counting.
- Provide sales quotation based on the guided procedures and pricing.
- Assist Service in backorder parts ordering and monitor progress.
- Assist customers in placing order, and follow up on backorder status - full deposit is needed.
- Alert the Parts Supervisor regarding fast-moving and low stock level items.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and security in the warehouse and showroom display areas.
- Assist with delivery of goods when required.
- Perform other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Preferably with minimum GCE 'N' Level and 1 year of relevant working experience in storekeeping or sales in Parts and Accessories.
- Able to understand, converse and write simple English.
- Preferably with Class 3 or Class 4 driving license.
- Willing to perform 5.5 working days.
