We’re looking for a **reliable, organized, and creative Administrative & Marketing Assistant** to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll play a key role in managing schedules, supporting daily operations, and assisting with simple content creation and event coordination.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars efficiently.
- Handle data entry, filing, and submission of transactions.
- Arrange appointments and assist with daily time management.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events.
- Take on ad-hoc administrative or marketing tasks as needed.

**What You’ll Need**
- Open to all Singapore residents — ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**.
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
- Bonus points if you’re familiar with **CapCut, InShot, or Canva** — creativity is always a plus
