**Responsibilities**:
- General administrative support
- Maintain and timely update employees’ database
- Responsible to manage and update time attendance, update overtime claim report and update time attendance
- Requisition of pantry supplies, office stationaries and equipment
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in customer service or administrative role preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills (For both English and Chinese)
- Able to start work immediately
