**About the role**
With growth and increased customer demands, two newly created WMS (Warehouse Management System) Project Manager roles have been created to be based in our Asia Pacific Regional office in Singapore. Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Solutions Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to work alongside the WMS Build team for SQUARE implementation and manage the active migration project.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage project plan
- Participate in functional and interface design workshop
- Prepare WMS Functional Flow
- Prepare Configuration Sheet
- Prepare interface specification with mappings
- Prepare specification for reports
- Perform configuration in WMS
- Conduct key user training
- Perform integration testing
- Support user acceptance test
- Prepare test scenarios
- Perform data migration for existing customer migrating to WMS
- Provide onsite support for Go-live
- Troubleshoot production issues

Essential
- Minimum 5 years of implementation/support experience with Warehouse Management System

Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS implementation
- Meticulous with strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills in English
- Excellent team working skills
- Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task
