Overview We're Hiring: SAP WM/EWM ManagerWe are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Manager to serve as the key liaison between client's business operations in Singapore and China and the global Digital organization. This role will oversee SAP warehouse-related projects and operational support, including the Autostore implementation in Singapore and the setup of a new warehouse in China , ensuring alignment between local business needs and global SAP strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in SAP EWM and WM , coupled with leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation and operational excellence. Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Mode: Work From Office Role: SAP WM/EWM Manager Responsibilities Act as the local project lead for SAP-related initiatives, including Autostore implementation in Singapore, EWM global rollout, and the establishment of a new warehouse in China. Define, configure, and implement new SAP functionalities, primarily within the logistics domain. Serve as the primary SAP contact in Singapore, managing critical operational situations and coordinating across business and IT functions. Collaborate closely with the global digital organization and business representatives to resolve technical issues, drive system improvements, and ensure continuous service delivery. Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions that add value to warehouse and logistics operations. Provide expert guidance and support on SAP ERP WM and SAP EWM, ensuring system stability and performance. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of warehouse automation solutions and integrated technologies. Conduct workshops and end-user training to promote system adoption and effective use of SAP EWM solutions. Act as a facilitator between the Singapore/China operations and the global IT organization to ensure strategic alignment, knowledge sharing, and transparency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience supporting warehousing or logistics applications. Proven hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules. Knowledge of Autostore or similar automated warehouse technologies is a strong advantage. Exposure to other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Financial Accounting (FI), and Controlling (CO) is preferred. Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see the broader strategic picture. Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong cross-functional relationships. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SAP and technical concepts into clear business language.
