[What the role is]
DEPUTY/ ASSISTANT MANAGER, FOREIGN VEHICLE PERMITS

[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a team which oversees permits issued to foreign vehicles entering Singapore. You will be required to review and implement changes to policies and operational procedures or systems, involving foreign vehicle permits and propose changes to improve the systems or operations regularly. You should enjoy working with data, drawing insights and trends from data and new digital transformation projects.

As part of project implementation, you will be required to develop solutions, justify project viability, prepare tender specifications, evaluate tenders, manage budgets and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver the projects.

You will be involved in handling customers’ feedback and manage a 24/7 operations environment.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- High cognitive and analytical abilities
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly adaptable, able to work both independently and in a team, while multi-tasking in a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of latest market practices and trends; and
- Relevant experience in management of complex system projects and/or systems hosted on cloud and data analytics or data science.
