**Position Summary**
The IT Help Desk Support Engineer has the responsibility of offering on-site system diagnostic and analytical support to customers located within a designated geographic area or assigned to a specific account. This support entails adhering to the terms outlined in the Service Level Agreement. Furthermore, an IT Help Desk Support Engineer should possess the ability to utilize both manual and automated help desk systems. Additionally, they provide second-tier support to end users, addressing a range of issues. Part of their role involves identifying, researching, and ultimately resolving technical problems.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Housekeeping and Maintaining of Active/Inactive Sdrive Accounts;
- Second Level Support (End-user) when Helpdesk route the incident tickets.
- Troubleshooting backend integration with Active Directory;
- Compile Monthly Report in terms of storage utilization;
- Support for Major Outages onsite and/or Offsite (e.g SPF user unable to sync or access HCPANyWhere).
**What we’re looking for**:
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Knowledge of an IT environment (e.g. System Administration, Windows OS)
- High potential for security clearance, Blue site is essential
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Good team player and independent worker with good written and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Training of HCPANyWhere will be provided.
