**Position: Help Desk Support**

no shifts (9am to 6pm) required to work on weekends depending on adhoc, will be given compoff
- basic programming /basic scrpting experience must have
- run icon diagnostic
- work with vendors

for dbs vickers team
- Provide quick and responsive 1st level user support and problem escalation
- Provide quick and responsive 1st level user support and work with hosted vendor till issue resolution
- Provide priority support to Trader’s trading terminal
- Perform PC imaging, Software installation, PC setup and user profile configuration
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
- Continuous improvement of the system, eq. removal of TOIL, job automation, performance tuning, etc where applicable.
