We’re searching for a Head Chef with the skill, creativity, and passion to lead our kitchen and bring the true spirit of Thai cuisine to life.

Position: Full-Time Head Chef

Experience: At least 5 years in a senior kitchen role, with proven expertise in Thai cuisine

**Salary**: $3,500 - $4,200 per month

What You’ll Do
- Showcase Authentic Thai Flavors: Design menus that balance traditional Thai dishes with modern interpretations, creating a signature dining experience.
- Lead the Kitchen with Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, from preparation to presentation, ensuring every plate reflects our high standards.
- Mentor & Inspire: Train and guide your kitchen team, fostering pride in authentic techniques, flavors, and consistency.
- Drive Efficiency: Manage inventory, control costs, and keep the kitchen running seamlessly.
- Maintain the Highest Standards: Ensure hygiene, food safety, and compliance practices are never compromised.
- Shape the Future: Play a key role in building our restaurant’s reputation as a must-visit destination for Thai cuisine.
