Provide strategic leadership on enterprise-wide transformation to implement the S/4 HANA platform.
- Lead the design, build and implementation of the project, approving key decisions and strategic direction, resolving issues and barriers, managing interdependencies between projects, and collaborating with business and IT.
- Serve as part of the broader program advisory council, governing the strategies for success across the broader program.
- Provide direction to PMO in ensuring project tasks stay on schedule, adheres to scope and within budget.
- Manage strategic vendor partnerships with systems integrator and SAP’s services to ensure effective project delivery.
- Partner effectively with all stakeholders across the enterprise while seeking insight from others and building trust to ensure effective delivery of project. Escalate decisions and issues to executive leadership as appropriate.
- Accountable for understanding and partnering with our PMO on overall project financials and project/funding processes. Continuously finding ways to optimize spend and resourcing.
- Create SAP COE, architecture, and other IT teams on project delivery, capacity planning, implementing new platforms and modernizing integration to provide best in class solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field is required
- 10+ years of experience configuring, deploying and/or managing SAP ERP systems, 2+ years of SAP S/4 experience preferred
- 15+ years of progressive, relevant information technology experience
- Experience managing large system integrators required
- Previous leadership role on a major global SAP transformation project preferred
- Understanding of SAP’s vision and roadmap, including their Intelligent Enterprise
- Strong blend of business and technical capabilities, business operating models and underlying technical architectures
- Exceptional project management skills including providing leadership to effectively manage and execute highly complex transformational initiatives; deep experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to understand highly complex and ambiguous issues, own decisions and effectively implement technology solutions that have company-wide impacts.
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead teams through complex changes while also developing people, driving, delivering and inspiring team results
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives while effectively collaborating and team building across functions to achieve results
- Exceptional advisory, influencing and facilitating skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively negotiate with other teams to create mutually beneficial solutions
- Strategic sourcing experience
- Comfortable and confident in working with and presenting to leaders and team members at all levels
- Experience with cloud solutions and architectures security principles
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, advisory and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to all levels of technical and non-technical leaders and stakeholders
