**The Role**

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Developing relationships with new and existing investors and converting interest into commitments
- Preparing marketing materials, presentations and financial analysis for potential investors
- Driving end-to-end fundraising effort, from organizing initial fundraising engagements to long-term shareholder management
- Assisting investors throughout their due diligence processes including structuring and document preparation to include the technical and financial viability of our technology
- Managing and executing strategic projects, while maintaining responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and management of internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Creating business plans for new business development opportunities and market entry strategies
- Working with the management team to produce relevant reports and maintain client related data
- Developing strategic marketing reports indicating technology roadmap directions and the associated TAM, SAM & SOM market needs

**Ideal Profile**

Skills Required:

- Strong financial and analytical skills, with ability to conduct risk analysis of businesses and opportunities. Must understand the basics of financial reporting to include Income Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet and Cash flow statements.
- Possess a passion for the semiconductor industry and an understanding of key industry trends and dynamics
- Attention to detail, thorough, rigorous & organized
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong presentation capabilities and the ability to convey technical abstract concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to multitask
- Able to maintain motivation and drive to realize long term vision while also celebrating quick wins for initiatives with lengthy lifespan
