**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1) Help to improve SSS Billing processes
2) Collect, Collate and analyse data for SSS process improvement
3) Work with team to get feedback and improvement ideas
4) Learn the current Cargo and SSSS billing steps to better support the work
5) Assist in paperwork and tasks to keep the project running smoothly
