**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the overall day to day operations in Recrutment matters and ensure prompt response to staff related issues.
**Human Capital**
- Work in partnership with Centre of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services for all matters pertaining to employee services and Human Capital staff movement matters such as timely offer of re-employment, monitoring of acting appointment and work passes renewal, etc.
- Work in partnership with Shared Service, Human Capital to achieve recruitment target.
- To assist in the coordination of Meet new hires with Management team.
**Employee Services**
- Work with Compensations and Benefits for staff benefits, claims and leave matters.
**Staff Events**
- To participate and assist in staff event, engagement sessions, dialogue sessions when assigned.
**General Administration**
- To ensure proper housekeeping of office documentation and completeness of document filings.
**Reports**
- To assist in the preparation of monthly statistics and reports where required.
**Ad-hoc projects when assigned**
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of HR recruitment experience
- Organised, meticulous and task-oriented
- Proficient in MS office
- Team player
- Preferred IHRP certified
