**Job Description**:
You will contribute to a great customer experience by reaching a consistent styling and window level across all Sales markets. You will provide a clear vision, strategy and trainings to improve the styling and window level within the Region. And by doing that you will be a key player to strength not only the customer experience but also the brand position in the different sales markets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Visual strategy**:

- You provide the Region with clear vision, strategy and trainings to improve the styling and window level within the Region
- You map the current styling level and secure a proper plan to improve the level together with Sales markets

**Create and execute best customer offer**:

- You align expectations for styling level with Sales market VM teams
- Drive implementation of excellent styling and window for total region and top locations

**Support and develop**:

- Support Sales markets with window and styling trainings/ workshops
- Share, inspire and educate your Region and Sales markets on seasonal fashion information delivered through kick offs, meetings and store visits
- Benchmark styling level across sales markets and identify opportunities accordingly
- Support, coordinate and follow-up implementation of special window solution in top locations in collaboration with global window team and stylists

Besides your personality we see that you have:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in visual roles within a sales market with a proven leadership
- Excellent styling skills and strong fashion interest
- Knowledge of local coopetitors landscape and can take actions accordingly
- Have a strong knowledge of the global customer profile and know how to adapt to local needs
- Knowledgeable of the styling techniques, standards and details.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a good English written and verbal communication
- Understand the organization set up in Sales market and Region and being able to collaborate with sales markets and global colleagues in order to achieve results
- Flexibility to travel within the region to support the sales markets and top locations

Additional Information
- This is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will become a part of the visual team and report directly to the Regional Head of Visual.
