Interior Stylist is responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting daily showroom operations, and assisting customers in selecting suitable furniture solutions that meet their needs. The role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for interior and furniture design. Assist walk-in customers in the showroom, providing furniture product advice and recommendations. Understand customer requirements and present suitable furniture options, designs, and finishes. Prepare sales quotations, process sales orders, and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Maintain the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom according to display standards. Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and coordination with the warehouse or logistics team for deliveries. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Stay updated on product features, materials, and industry trends to enhance customer experience. Support marketing events in the showroom as needed. Requirements: GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Retail, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience, preferably in furniture or home décor. Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Pleasant personality with an eye for design and aesthetics. Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
