FireBird Camera is an industrial camera used on KLA wafer inspection tool. It was customize designed by KLA supplier, Teledyne Digital Imaging Inc. (TDI). Due to end of life of some key components like sensor, FPGA, TDI declared to stop support and service for KLA effectively from July 2019. However, KLA needs to fulfill its commitment to customers for service of tools which are at field. We initialed this project in 2019 to request TDI design a camera test system so KLA capable to test and repair field return cameras. With that we can maintain the stock level for customer demand. To achieve the project objective, here are the tasks/capability we need to complete/gain.

Capable to install the camera test system at KLA. Master the calibration and testing process, create the test procedure and release in Enovia system. Capable to understand the product spec and test data. Can explain the phenomenon of failure units base on test result. Know the test system structure and function of each subsystem. Can troubleshoot and maintain the system at sound condition all time. Understand the camera function and structure in high level subsystem. Capable to dismantle and reassemble the camera during repairing. Perfectly to deep down tracking the failure to component level and fix it. Collect and summarize the testing and debugging data, and generate the troubleshooting guideline for ATE to follow up.

**Pre-requisities/Requirement**:
Strong fundamental electron knowledges. Able to read and understand the schematic of PCA. Basic knowledge and principle of TDI (Time Delay and Integration) image sensor. Basic knowledge of image acquisition system. Safety measurement of electricity, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection. Basic failure analysis and troubleshooting skill set. Communication and technic writing skill. Teamwork.
