**Your background**
- IT risk/audit experience preferably in Banking/FI domain
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, minimum 10 plus years of experience, industry certifications (CISA, CISM, COBIT foundation, etc) preferred.
- Relevant experience in executing risk initiatives within a tech risk function, compliance or technology audit role
- Experience in leading programs for proactively identifying regulatory risk exposure and potential non-compliant areas
- Knowledge of APAC regulations and understanding of regulatory risk management preferred
- Ability to present and explain the incident to varied audiences in both verbal and written communication.
- Working understanding of the Problem Management, Change Management process and Incident Management process.
- Working understanding of multiple technology disciplines.
- Use of Service Management tools such as Remedy/ServiceNow.
**What you can expect**
- The CTO Command Centers are accountable for the availability and performance of Bank of America’s global technology services. The primary mission of the Command Center is to enable operational excellence through the detection, prediction and prevention of customer and business impacting incidents and to restore service as quickly as possible when disruptions occur.
- Bank of America has three primary Command Centers, supporting one of the largest technology footprints in the world they are located in Singapore, Richmond USA and Chester UK. Comprised of Command & Control, Infrastructure IT Operations Management & Network Operations they serve the business all day, every day.
**What you will do**
- Assist business and process owners with remediating the most significant risks including Audit Issues, Self-Identified Audit Issues, Compliance Identified Audit Issues, Regulatory Issues
- Collaborate with enterprise process owners (including Global Information Security) to respond to Internal and External Audits, Exams, and Regulatory/Clearing Inquiries & Assessments.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing or streamlining execution of risk management processes; partner across multiple divisions to execute.
- Manage communication and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies
- Foster the Identify, Escalate, Debate risk culture.
- Practice and promote good risk culture and risk management within CTO
