**Senior Manager - Cyber Security Architecture - Projects - APAC**

The key activities will be to drive the cyber security architecture and controls associated with the implementation of the Zodiac Terminal Operating System (TOS) across APAC region. This role will also work closely with the Group Security and Governance team, regional and business IT teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with security policies and objectives. We will also require an individual capable of designing and governing secure architecture across OT, Enterprise IT and Cloud landscape with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, cyber resilience, confidentiality, integrity and availability.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Security Architecture & Design**
- Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints for integrated OT/IT ecosystems, including SCADA, PLCs, TOS, enterprise networks, and cloud environments
- Design and implement defence in depth strategies, secure network segmentation and micro-segmentation, data protection frameworks (encryption, tokenisation, DLP), and SIEM/SOAR integration across OT and IT
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations specific to the APAC Region (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, local data privacy and cybersecurity laws)

**Security Architecture Governance**
- Define security architecture patterns that are aligned with the organization’s cyber security architecture frameworks
- Ensure that secure development practices are embedded across the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Establish architectural standards, define security controls, and be=ensure that APIs are designed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with organization standards and policies
- Ensure that developed code is scanned using static (SAST) and dynamic (DAST) scanners and APIs are scanned using API-specific security testing platforms

**Security Operations Integration**
- Support the integration of OT/IT telemetry into SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel)
- Collaborate with the security operations centre (SOC), cyber security operations teams, and incident response teams on architecture related investigations
- Assist in the design of security controls that are embedded in disaster recovery and business continuity plans

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- Bachelor Degree/Masters in Cyber Security, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
- Certifications such as SABSA, TOGAF, CompTia Security, GICP are highly desirable
- At least 10 years of experience in Cyber Security roles with at least 3 years as Security Architect preferably in Ports/Logistics/Supply Chain, asset intensive industries, critical infrastructure or manufacturing
- Experience in OT/IT integration with SCADA and PLC experience will be a good advantage
- Implementing and monitoring controls that align with IEC/ISA 62443, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST CSF v2.0.
- Familiarity with protocols like Modbus, Profinet, DNP3, OPC UA, and industrial VLAN architectures would be an advantage.
- Strong technical background in industrial control systems/OT, cloud security, and enterprise IT architecture.
- Experience with terminal operating systems (e.g. Navis N4, TOS+) would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of active directory /Entra ID security, secure SD-WAN and SASE architectures, privileged access management, and endpoint detection and response (EDR/XDR)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical teams
- The ability to work as part of a cross-functional project team and to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and cybersecurity problems
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, planning, prioritisation skills, and attention to detail
