About the Role
As a Associate/ Associate Director, Resources, Energy & Infrastructure (REI) Relationship Manager, you will manage client facing activities in the REI Singapore portfolio including global accounts under management. The role requires to have strong working collaboration with Network GRPs and Relationship Managers as well as Research & Analysis, Risk and Product teams to deliver the financial targets.
To be successful in this role you must have a strong credit, banking products and business development skills.

What will your day look like?
As a Associate/ Associate Director, Resources, Energy & Infrastructure, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Focus on relationship development of new-to-bank customer in the REI and Renewables segment and growing existing portfolio of corporates within the segment.
Develop clear and detailed understanding of customers including through working with product partners to identify new opportunities.
Active management of client satisfaction as validated via internal and external client surveys.
Responsibility for ensuring KYC, AML and Credit reviews of accounts under management and for REI team are on time and accurate.
Ensuring compliance with group standards and regulatory requirements.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Strong experience in an institutional relationship or product sales role.
Experience in managing or handling clients in the Resources, Energy or Infrastructure sector is preferred.
Strong credit skills proven by either role involved or qualifications obtained.
Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of corporate banking legal requirements for customer onboarding.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills with an ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
