Within a short span of 10+ years, they have a world class team of more than a couple of thousand people worldwide, and they are globally recognised as an innovative company. With their growing businesses in APAC, they are looking for a proven Sales Manager to manage their Sales team.
**Your new role**
- Responsible for the management of the sales team, from coaching to mentoring
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
- Generate pipeline of quality opportunities with new and existing partners through planning, forecasting, execution with the sales team
- Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers
- Educate partners on the use of the software solutions through thought leadership
- Work very closely with key stakeholders to identify strategic decisions
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Successful track record in team management roles
- At least 8 years of sales management experience, preferably in a SaaS/software company
- Strong sense of business acumen to drive regional strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
