**Title: Senior Game Designer**

Report To: Design Lead

**Duty & Responsibilities**:

- Drive designs of systems and content following the overall game creative direction to meet the KPI requirements.
- Maintain overall game economy balance to extend the longevity of released products.
- Collaborate with the development team such as Tech, Art, QA and Product teams to create the best product possible.
- Keep all systems and content documented clearly and suitable for communication for the entire development team.
- Maintain a data-driven design methodology for systems or content design by careful analysis of user feedback and key metrics to adjust gameplay and balance.
- Manage a team of game designers and review their work to provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in game design, including at least 2 years of live operation experience in PC or mobile games.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 shipped game title from conceptualization to product release.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office software, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to transform qualitative/quantitative feedback into game systems/content that fulfils the results of the analysis.
- Ability to create detailed and effective documentation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of PC or mobile games and relevant game design theories.
- Deep passion for games across multiple genres on PC or mobile platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills and promote a conducive environment for collaboration and team play.

**Bonus**:

- Experience working with game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
- Experience working with agile production methodologies and relevant project management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience working in other roles such as Tech, Art, QA.
