As a Lead/Senior Game Designer, you’ll be equal parts, composer and custodian, for every facet of the games they create. On top of crafting core gameplay mechanics and balancing the game, you’ll take charge of the continuous refinement of the Game Design Documentation as well.

Above all, a good Game Designer can communicate their vision, while simultaneously re-shaping it based on feedback and input from the rest of the team. - Conceptualizing and developing engaging in-game content that varies from project to project. This can include the design of characters, stories, settings, features, mechanics, systems, loops, economy, world-building, and more.
- Keep up to date and analyze trends in the gaming market, utilizing insights as a basis for new ideas.
- Act as the key advocate for the continuous refinement of the overall player experience and direction of the game.
- Proactively drive the collation and documentation of game design ideas and concepts, remaining detailed yet accessible.
- Design UI wireframes, flowcharts, and data models that map out core gameplay aspects.
- Collaborate closely with our Game Programmers and Artists to align and iterate together on the overall project vision.
- Grow and develop the team of Game Designers to level-up all products in the company.
- Optimize and ensure the balance of game features through team feedback, QA, and playtesting throughout every stage of production.

**Traits they’re looking for**
- Excellent understanding of the Game Development and Design process.
- Ability to take ownership and manage tasks assigned under the AGILE methodology.
- A clear understanding of trends in gamer and buyer psychology.
- Equal parts creatively driven and analytical, excellent understanding of numbers pivotal in aspects such as balancing and game economy, etc.
- An excellent communicator capable of breaking down game design ideas and concepts into accessible and clear terms to team members and external stakeholders.
- A thorough and detail-oriented individual who can convey information through documentation in a succinct manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Game Design & Development.
- Must have experience working on Mobile Games.
- Experience with games in live-ops is a huge plus.
- Having experience with PC & Console games would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Unity3D and Unreal is a plus.
- Knowledge of common algorithms, design patterns, and structures.
- Experience with leading and developing teams.
- Familiar with the game monetization business models.
