Location: Central 5 days work week Position: Operations / Shipping cum Admin Executive **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee daily operations to support business and project activities - Handle procurement and logistics coordination, including vendor management and cost control - Manage import/export activities: booking, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipment tracking - Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, BL/AWB, COO, permits) - Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and factories to ensure cargo readiness and timely delivery - Support billing, cost verification, and coordinate with finance for payment matters - Maintain trackers and reports on shipment status, vendor performance, and cost analysis - Monitor workflow and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion - Provide administrative support: filing, documentation, and data entry - Assist with process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc duties assigned by management **Requirements**: - Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field - 2-3 years’ experience in operations, shipping, procurement, logistics, or administration - Familiar with import/export procedures and shipping documentation - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button.
