Job Overview:
The Admin and operation Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operational tasks and administrative duties. This is a hands-on position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As part of a small company, you will have the opportunity to grow with us and take on new challenges as we expand.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting the day to day operations of office
- Perform routine estate maintenance inspection of the residence and garden landscape and undertake simple basic home maintenance tasks like gardening or getting faulty lighting changed
- Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance, repairs and vehicle servicing
- Arrange and Maintain chauffeuring duties where required
- Plan and organize parties and other events (birthdays )
- Procure and manage pantry purchases, supplies, and groceries
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Late shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
**Education**:
- Lower Secondary Qualification (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Personal assistant: 1 year (required)
License/Certification:
- SG NATIONAL ID ? (BLUE OR PINK) (required)
