n your new role you will: A
- ct as k**ey focal contact for designated customers f**or all supply chain related matters and p**articipate in regular visits to customers in APAC region D**:

- evelop s**trategic relationship with customers ,** review customer feedback, identify and work with internal stakeholders on areas that require improvement so as to e**nhance quality service and customer satisfaction P**:

- erform a v**ariety of data analysis and present findings/reports t**o Management with the overall objective of enhancing customer logistics experience C
- **ontinuous improvement/optimization of supply chain t**hrough recommendation of appropriate supply chain concepts M
- **aintain/ exceed customer satisfaction t**hrough prevention/mitigation of supply interruptions and contribute towards the achievement of quarterly revenue targets E
- **nsuring on-time delivery to customers b**ased on orders and forecasts by managing end-to-end demand fulfillment transparently

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: B
- **achelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering fields w**ith interest in Supply chain operations I
- ndividuals with 1** to 3 years of work experience w**ill be preferred E
- **ynamic and motivated individual w**ho is committed to work in a fast paced and team oriented environment A
- bility to travel and open to different customer cultures P
- **roactively identify and resolve problems w**ith a ‘can-do’ attitude. P
- eople oriented and approachable with excellent communication/interpersonal skills (verbal and written) E
- xposure to SAP will be an added advantage
