**Purpose and Scope**
The Contracts Engineering team plays a pivotal role in managing the financial & contractual l of all projects from pre-tender to post contract phases including quantities, variations, cost estimates, monthly claims, final accounts etc.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with Project Manager in preparing monthly updated project costing
- Develop suitable subcontract conditions for specific project requirements
- Prepare project budgeting and costing reports
- Responsible in cost estimating, quantity take off, claims preparation, variations and final accounts.
- Review of contracts, prepare tender & contract documentations, tender analyses & reporting, measurement etc
- Review sub-contractors claims and materials on site
- Standardize all agreements (e.g. subcontracts and joint ventures) with alignment to contract policy

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**:

- Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction industry.
- Strong in arbitration and negotiation skills.
- Preferably well versed in various form of contracts such as PSSCOC, SIA and FIDIC as well as other international form of contracts.
- Preferably conversant in using CostX and/or Glodon Cubicost measurement software, and/or other QS software
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Only Singaporean
