**Job Overview**:
The HR & Office Administrator supports the Admin Manager in executing day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks. The role focuses on assisting in recruitment coordination, benefits support, office procurement, staff claims processing, and general office maintenance. It plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and a positive office environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources Support**:

- Administer and manage employee benefits including leave, group insurance, medical claims, and staff welfare programs.
- Serve as the primary contact point for employee queries on HR policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration experience for new employees.
- Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit procedures and handling related documentation.
- Assist in the coordination of employee training and development programs, including registration and record-keeping.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and internal events.

**Administrative Support**:

- Review and process staff expense claims in accordance with company policy; liaise with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment to ensure day-to-day operational needs are met.
- Oversee general office maintenance and cleanliness; liaise with vendors for repair and servicing when required.
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transport logistics.
- Support the implementation of office administrative procedures to drive operational efficiency.
- Manage front desk duties, including visitor reception and meeting room setup.
- Maintain proper documentation for vendor files, courier logs, and purchase records.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties and assist in special projects as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative support roles.

**Technical Skills**
- Basic knowledge of HR and office administration processes.
- Familiarity with HR systems; hands-on experience with Oracle HCM will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills.
