HR & Office Administrator (Education Centre)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Human Resources Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment coordination, onboarding, orientation, confirmation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Support HR initiatives such as staff engagement, training coordination, and performance management.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and internal processes.
- Assist with drafting HR communications, policy updates, and HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR standards.
Office & Centre Administration
- Oversee general office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Support scheduling of meetings, staff activities, and centre events.
- Manage inventory of office and teaching materials, ensuring availability for educators and staff.
- Liaise with service providers for maintenance, repairs, and operational needs.
- Provide administrative support to management and ensure a smooth daily workflow at the centre.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration, or office management.
- Strong knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, BIPO, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- A team player with a “can-do” attitude and high attention to detail.
