**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a **Business Analytics and Growth Manager **to join the Travel Retail Asia Pacific team, located in Singapore. This is a critical role which supports all functions of the organisation by conducting relevant analysis to leads all business development efforts within the organisation, including the development and implementation of business development strategies and activities. He/She spearheads business growth through expanding current businesses and exploring new markets and opportunities. He/She also leads business development activities through cross-function collaborations. He/She grows the market share of the organisation through partnerships, new category development and new market entry.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders across the regions to enable the whole organization to drive growth in line with our objectives by leveraging data and online tools.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop plans for new market entry, existing market expansion and resource management., and evaluate business opportunities using business analytical tools.
- Review emerging trends and market movements to identify potential revenue streams and business threats.
- Work with internal stakeholders to adapt existing products and services for new markets and business opportunities.
- Support the local and global teams with the pricing analysis bi-annually and develop pricing harmonization strategy with local market.
- Work on CMI strategic projects to learn, understand or plan future markets expansions.
- Analyse business data, key insights and market intelligence working closely with our key retailers and vendors. Monthly monitoring of KPIs: retail sales & performance vs. the market,
- Continuously stay closely connected to the retail and digital trends to feed innovation mindset

- Able to understand business dynamics and pragmatic yet comfortable with information systems, data management and reporting solutions

- Collaborates easily with others and adapts to different working styles. Ability to embrace changes, committed, honest
- Excellent in execution: Reliable, gets things done on time and takes responsibility for the quality of all deliverables with attention to details.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in an international environment.
- Fluent communication in English (both written and oral)
