Ryde started as a ride-sharing platform that matches drivers with riders going the same way to share a ride (RydePool), but we haven’t stopped there. We have established extended product services to include an e-payment platform (RydePay), taxi booking and insurance purchase. We are continuously building features that benefit everyone.

We are looking for a curious, intelligent and collaborative **Business Growth Manager **to help keep us thriving and developing. Report directly to our CEO, Terence Zou, this role will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing teams to design and execute growth initiatives. We’re a small, rapidly growing team. Your responsibilities will grow and change with the company and you’ll have an enormous impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define our company's growth plans as well as potential blockers. This involves gathering input from our users and various internal departments to identify KPIs for growth.
- Prioritize plans based on impact, confidence, and easiness.
- Coordinate with the cross functional teams to implement tests efficiently.
- Evaluate the test results and make adjustments.
- Structure a process based on the results to optimize our revenue funnel.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics or Data Science, or a career path that would indicate success in this role.
- At least 5 years of solid experience taking action based on data and working with cross functional teams.
- Experience in project management and building structured procedures.
- Conversant with data analysis and the best tools for retrieving, manipulating, and visualizing data including tools like MySQL, Excel, R, and Tableau.
- Fluent in the full spectrum of acquisition channels ranging from SEO to paid advertising to Google Analytics to landing page design.
- Must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Must have an experimental mindset with the ability to deal with failure.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills. Able to quickly identify and resolve any issues that arise in carrying out growth management plans.

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $8,000.00 per month
