**About the team**

Our Commercial team is a pivotal component of Doctor Anywhere. We're a tenacious group in charge of a wide range of business development and strategic partnership initiatives. Our primary job is to establish and expand our collaboration with insurance providers, healthcare agencies and corporate clients in order to provide healthcare to employees and the community.

**About the role**

We are seeking a **Senior Executive, Marketplace Operations & Billing **who has the passion in e-commerce and be able to support the day to day logistics and customer service operations and bi-weekly invoicing to scale the DA Marketplace delivery and order fulfilment capabilities.

You will be directly working with the Head of Marketplace with a dotted split line into the BD Manager for assisting in the onboarding/off-boarding of our vendors and the Finance Manager for the bi-weekly invoicing.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

- Manage and optimize vendor billings protocols in the DA Marketplace
- Handle Bi-Weekly Invoicing
- Perform daily operations duties including tracking of business transactions, invoicing, payment and logistic arrangement
- Liaise with suppliers on business operation matters
- Liaise with customers on order fulfilment matters
- Maintain forecast and performance of operational metrics with our vendors and our third party logistic partners (Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly business report trends)
- QC/QA compliance with vendors and third parties
- Build and maintain strong relationship with vendor and third party employees, keeping them engaged
- Monitor vendor performance to identify issues and propose initiatives to solve them monthly, and propose changes to mitigate any financial risks
- Customer service oriented - goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our vendors and operation partners
- Manage external agency members supporting our order fulfilment. Must have experience with people managing.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or the equivalence with 1-3 years experience in e-commerce marketplace operations and performance measurements.
- Experience within retail e-commerce business (preferred)
- Proficiency with analytical tools (Excel pivot tables, graphing, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge and experience in 3PL and operational procedures and regulations
- Outstanding attention to details; ability to maintain high level of accuracy
- Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Good team player and have the willingness of taking new challenges with a flexible attitude
- A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun
