**Job Title**: Client Relationship Associate

**Location**: Central, Singapore

**Job Type**: Full-Time

This role will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering positive relationships. This role is designed for individuals looking to start their career in client relations and offers the opportunity to develop strong communication and problem-solving skills in a supportive environment.

**Duties**:

- Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Maintain client databases and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of company products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Local Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or in any related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
