Responsibilities
- Manage a complex centralized kitchen operation: ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment, and that food is served in top quality in accordance with SOP.
- Supervise all culinary crew, ensuring that all culinary staff practice good personal hygiene practices, food safety, and workplace safety requirements are met.
- Assist with food preparation and customer service.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork in the kitchen.
- Manage the kitchen and lead the team at all times.
- Work as part of a team to improve cookhouse and zone performance.
- Maintain personal knowledge by participating in in-house training.
- Always follow all company policies.
- Personal conduct and appearance that reflects the company's professionalism
