**What the role is**
MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, RAIL PERFORMANCE
**What you will be working on**
The Rail Licensing Division is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and take on the challenge of managing and administering rail operators’ licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, and monitoring rail performance, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
a. Monitoring, analysing and reporting rail performance;
b. Conducting assessments to verify accuracy of statistics;
c. Performing checks and audits on rail performance;
d. Reviewing, developing and implementing new rail performance indicators; and
e. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to improve rail performance.
**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Business or related discipline
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including minutes taking and technical writing skills
- The ability to work both independently and as a team, and multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Self-motivation and resourcefulness to produce innovative solutions
- Leadership and relevant working experience in data analysis, and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage
