SENIOR MANAGER / MANAGER (PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION)
[What you will be working on]
Public Transport Promotion drives key transport initiatives relating to (i) travel demand management, (ii) public transport inclusivity measures, (iii) bus service information provision, and (iv) organizational development within the Public Transport Group.
You are expected to build and develop commuter-centric collaborations with relevant Government agencies and external stakeholders to deliver on various public transport promotion initiatives and will play a key role in designing innovative ground-up solutions to promote flexible travel patterns to optimize public transport capacity, and build a more caring commuting culture in Singapore. In addition, there will be opportunities to work and coordinate with multiple LTA divisions to execute inclusivity strategies, ensure the timely provision of bus service information, and develop strategies to shape a desired working culture within the Group through qualitative insights from focus group discussions, quantitative datasets and emerging strategic issues.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary qualification preferably in Social Science / Economics / Political Science / Business Studies, or equivalent
- At least 6 years of working experience with 3 years of supervisory experience for Manager; 10 years of working experience with 5 years of supervisory experience for Senior Manager
- Strong situational awareness and deep analytic skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills to build consensus across different stakeholders
- Self-starter with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and able to prepare and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual arguments to senior management (e.g. presentation, papers, and communications materials)
