**Responsibilities Includes**:

- Reviewing and updating HR policies and SOPs for the organisation
- Ability to introduce new software to improve existing HR system
- Drafting employment contracts and filing employee records.
- Conducting orientation for new team members
- Conducting offboarding and exit interviews
- Conducting and monitoring employees' KPIs and facilitating annual performance evaluation
- Ensuring employees adhere to all workplace guidelines provided in the employee handbook
- Spearheading welfare, training, and CSR agenda of the organisation
- Providing advice and handling employee inquiries on all matters related to payroll, leave, claims, benefits, and contracts.
- Reporting to Co-Founders and assisting with any other matters required

**Qualifications Required**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any related field
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with MOM regulations, HR practices, and Info-Tech System
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and interpersonal skills
- A team layer with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and any other HR Software
