Our customer-focused teams are built on our core values: Community, Integrity, Agile, and Committed._ **Description**: **Responsibilities**: - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define requirements and specifications. - Implement best practices for software development and ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews. - Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and stand-ups. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience with Genesys CloudCX and related technologies. - Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or C#. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services, particularly in a SaaS environment. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. **Payrate is open for this role.
