**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to litigation lawyers
- Prepare, format, proofread, and file legal documents (e.g., pleadings, affidavits, bundles, correspondence)
- E-file court documents through the eLitigation portal
- Manage and organize court calendars, hearing schedules, and deadlines
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Liaise with clients, court staff, and external parties when needed
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for active and closed files
- Perform general office tasks, including billing, travel arrangements, and expense claims

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma in a relevant field
- At least **2 years of experience** as a **litigation secretary** in a Singapore law firm
- **Proficient in eLitigation filing** and familiar with Singapore court procedures
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month
