Human Resource and Accounts Executive

We are looking for dynamic individuals with accounts and finance experience to manage a portfolio of Client Accounts by providing dedicated support to the clients.
The role will cover two key areas:
A. Human Resource and Payroll
B. Accounting and Finance
**GENERAL WORK SCOPE
**A. Human Resource and Payroll Function**
- Oversee all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Administration and timely execution of payroll, CPF contributions and tax matters in a timely manner.
- Ensure that employee records, staff insurance policies, leave records, and records with relevant government departments are up-to-date.
- Ensure course grants, government paid maternity leave, childcare leave and paternity leave are submitted.
- Review and submit employee-related surveys.
- Handle work pass matters for foreign employees.
- Handle renewal of licences and legal-related matter correspondences.
**B. **Accounting and Finance Function**
- Assist with Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable responsibilities.
- Assist in the monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Verify employee claims and sales commission.
- Input accounting entries and ensure the integrity of data in the system.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field required.
- Experience in handling multiple of accounts.
- Able to communicate effectively in a clear, concise, and professional manner, both verbal and written.
- Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Adaptive, with positive personality to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
