Accountant & Human Resources Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities.
Accounting Duties:
Maintain accurate financial records and statements
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations
Manage payroll processing and statutory contributions
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Prepare and submit tax filings and audit documentation
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions
Human Resources Duties:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Administer employee benefits, leave tracking, and claims
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR roles
Familiarity with payroll software and accounting tools (Xero)
Knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to multitask and work independently
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
