We are looking for a Chef cum Outlet Manager.
**Responsibilities**:
1) Overall management of the assigned outlet(s)
2) Responsibile to meet monthly KPIs - sales, food quality, inventory
3) Training of new staff
4) Capability of curating new menu or improvements to current menu
5) Overseeing operations
6) Handling customers' expectations
7) Ensure health and saftey regulations
Requires food hygiene certification, and an understanding of Burmese food as we explore to expand.
