We’re looking for someone like you who can:

- Be a key contributor and driver of value on one of the top Capital Introduction teams globally
- Drive the growth of new and existing hedge fund relationships by pitching our Capital Introduction and Business Consulting capabilities
- Understand the Asia and global hedge fund manager hedge fund landscape, including industry flows and trends, and share with clients and investors on an ongoing basis
- Compile and produce value-add content based on industry timely topics and trends, and present findings to wider team including senior management

The role will nurture your consultative style to grow the advisory offering in the following areas:

- Advise new launch and existing hedge fund clients asset building considerations
- Prepare, review, feedback and organize the fund documentations such as DDQs, Marketing Materials, Valuation Policies, Newsletters
- Assist in planning and moderating roundtable events, based on different industry hot topics

- You’ll be part of the Global Markets Financing team based in Hong Kong. The Capital Consulting team interact and speak with Hedge Fund C-Suite, Investors and Hedge Fund service providers daily. The team works with new and existing hedge funds to provide business consulting and hedge fund industry advisory.
We offer support in key areas of business consultancy such as: business structuring and systems, legal, regulatory compliance, tax, fund domicile, fund listing, audit/accounting, hedge fund manager remuneration and wealth management, documentation, banking, insurance, fund terms, fund distribution considerations, etc.

**Your expertise**
- You’ll be part of the Global Markets Financing team based in Hong Kong. The Capital Consulting team interact and speak with Hedge Fund C-Suite, Investors and Hedge Fund service providers daily. The team works with new and existing hedge funds to provide business consulting and hedge fund industry advisory.

Your expertise
- Passionate, motivated, self-starter and has experience working in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable communicating across all levels
- 3-5 years’ experience within the markets or alternative investment industry
- Capable of managing and owning projects autonomously, with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and interest to learn Global & APAC influences on the hedge fund industry
- Knowledge and interest to learn hedge funds and the business / operational workings
- Strong analytical skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, VBA/Python & other data analytics skills is a plus
