Support the planning and facilitation of strategic collaborations and engagements between our SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Clinical Programmes (“ACPs”) and Duke Health, as part of Duke-NUS’ Phase III/IV plans.
- Support the development of outcome measures and analysis of impact and success of programmes and initiatives.
- Support to expand the engagement and coordination of the Signature Research Programmes and their faculties with the ACPs, SingHealth Duke-NUS Disease Centres and Joint Institutes, at system and process level.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent, preferably with an understanding of business administration.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, undertaking roles related to strategic planning.
- Have strong track record of stakeholder management and drive multi-faceted projects with good outcomes.
- Possess strong strategic and analytical thinking, good organisational skills and ability to carry out coordination work.
- Have good understanding of and experienced in executing performance measurement tools e.g. Balanced Scorecard
- Possess excellent command of written and spoken English.
- An energetic, self-driven, highly emotional and adversity quotient individual who is meticulous and able to multi-task to deliver results under tight timelines
