**The Role and Your Impact**:
As our EHS Specialist, you’ll champion workplace safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being. From risk assessments to safety trainings, your work ensures a safe, sustainable, and compliant environment for everyone on our team.
- Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs across the company.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Coordinate mandatory safety drills, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Deliver EHS training to employees and ensure awareness of best practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify hazards and recommend corrective measures.
- Keep up to date with EHS regulations and industry standards.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Over 2 years’ experience in an EHS role in chemical laboratory (Wet Lab), or related industries.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations, ISO standards, and environmental management systems.
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to solve problems proactively.
- Passionate about building a culture of safety and sustainability.
