About the team
Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect
**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with legal teams and relevant stakeholders to define the boundaries for LLM data acquisition, production, and usage practices, encompassing a broad spectrum of compliance issues such as IP infringement, data export and import, data privacy, and more.
3. Propose and implement solutions that strike a balance between compliance obligations and the advancement of business/technical research.
**Qualifications**:
Job requirements
1. A solid understanding of tech development, algorithm training, or data security is essential. Fluency in business terminology is also required. Previous experience in similar roles is highly preferred.
2. At least seven years of professional experience is required.
3. Proficiency in both Chinese and English as this role will be working closely with external stakeholders
4. A deep interest in both Large Language Models (LLMs) and compliance work is vital.
